3.Refund Policy

• All subscription fees are non-refundable.

• We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused content, or early cancellations.

• The only exception is where a refund is required by applicable consumer protection laws.

4.Cancellations & Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and managing your plan.

• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, nonpayment, or violation of these Terms.

5.Intellectual Property

• All content provided through The Unfiltered Investor is the property of The Unfiltered Investor LLC (or its licensors) and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• Subscribers are granted a limited, non-transferable, personal license to access and view the content.

• You may not copy, distribute, share, resell, or otherwise exploit our content without prior written consent.
